I'm sorry to hear that your TiVo® is running a little slow.
This isn't what we like to hear.
I've taken a look at things from this end and currently things are looking good. There are no timeouts, hard drive status is good and the power and signal levels are spot on.
Try giving the TiVo® a reboot as this can sometimes help.
