I'm sorry to hear that you've had that message there and that some of the services aren't running at full. I've had a look into the TiVo and can see a detectable fault that I'd like to help with.
The Snr (Signal to Noise Ratio) is off and this can affect some of the services used by TiVo. I'd like to arrange an engineer visit, I've sent you a 'Private Message', you can find this by clicking on the little red envelope near the top left of the page.
