For the past 3 days when I've tried to use the tv guide my TiVo box keeps switching itself off and then re-starting again, luckily it hasn't happened when recording

This should not be happening so I would like to arrange for a technician to take a look at the box for you so if you click on the purple envelope at the top right of your screen you will see another message with appointment times.
