I'm very sorry that there's been interruptions on the TV services and some loss off picture. I have been able to run some diagnostics and found that the TiVo's hard drive isn't working as well as it should be.
With this being the case an engineer would be best to come out, however the likelihood of a box swap would be high. Watching all recorded shows would be best at this stage and I've sent you a 'Private Message'. You can find this at the top right of the page, purple envelope
