TiVo stuck on start up

Hi.

Went to bed last night everything was working fine. Put TV on this morning. Stuck on start up screen and also broadband hub had the green arrows flashing. Tried numerous resets to no avail and tried service checker on virgin website. Still not working. Help!!!

If you connect to your hub on 192.168.0.1 don't log in and click on Check router status what does it show ?

Looks like your Virgin connection has died, hopefully its just a local fault which hasn't yet been put on the service checker and that it will be fixed soon.

If not then you'll probably have to phone (do you have a landline and is that still working ?).

On here it takes 1-2 weeks for a member of Virgin staff to get to your message.

Yep looks like service fault. System was not updated until recently.
