TiVo stuck at Installing software...

I've honestly just about had it with this service. The amount of money Virgin Media charge for this, as well as ever increasing price rises, leaves one wondering why they should be paying for such a substandard experience. 

How will they remedy this? Release V6 and charge us extra for the privilege for an experience we should already be having. 

Utterly ridiclous.

Thank you for your message, I'm very sorry to rad that there's been an interruption on one of the software updates. I can understand the frustration. There has been a few days between our messages and I would like to know how we're doing now, has it updated correctly?
