Ever since I upgraded to TiVo the service has been hopeless ... The TV freezes regularly ... And the ultimate is that today I have service which crashes and reboots ... The reboot takes nearly 1 hour .. The resumed snail pace service lasts about 10 minutes and off we go again... Crash ... Engineer offered for Thursday ... At £94 per month looking for alternative provider
I am sorry to read that you have experienced some interruptions on the TV services in the home. After having a look at the connection and running some tests, I can seethat the boxes aren't working and are not responding to my tests. This will need an engineer as there are no known outages in the area.
