Our TiVo box is experiencing sound drop outs every few seconds which is really annoying. I think we did have this problem previously but a reboot corrected it. This time the reboot hasn't made any difference. It seems to be on every channel.
Welcome to the Community, I'm sorry to learn about the problems you've been experiencing with your TiVo service lately.
I've been able to locate your account to take a closer look at this from our end, we're not detecting any issues at the moment so can we take a closer look at how you've got your set top box set up? Are you using any audio equipment?
Lastly, have a look in the settings and see what you've got the audio set to if possible
