TiVo recordings

Hi there
I've been having problems with some of my recordings on my Tivo box. The recording is there when I go to it but it says 0 minutes and I cannot fast forward, it just keeps going back to the beginning. Anyone else had a problem like this? Any suggestions on how to stop it doing it as its happened quite a few times and is really irritating.

Welcome to the community Smiley Happy

 

I have checked the box and I can see this is a hard drive fault so what I would like to do is to arrange for one of the team to take a look at this for you.
