over the past few weeks my TiVo recordings have started to freeze and pixelate on playback. This is getting more frequent, to the point that now every recording seems to have problems. Any way to fix this?

I've located your account and I've been able to run some tests on the set top box from our end for you. We're seeing some errors with the signal from the box so I'd like to arrange for an engineer to come and take a closer look, if you're available?
