I'm sorry to hear that your recordings aren't playing back very well at the moment. I can see you have an engineer calling round to get this sorted for you
I hope all goes well on the day, it would be great if you could let me know how you get on afterwards please keep me posted.
Due to the nature of the fault it is possible the box will be replaced. IF that's the case then sadly whilst we're unable to save the recordings, you can copy over details relating to Series Links, WishLists and Thumbs Ratings. Instructions on how to do this can be found here.
This will save you a heap of time re-setting them up once the new box is installed.
