You can't. You'll need an engineer. Sounds like your box is faulty.

I'm sorry to hear that your TiVo® box is rebooting frequently. I'll be happy to help out here.
I have carried out some checks with the box remotely and there is a problem with the power levels. To get this fixed I will arrange for an engineer to call out and resolve this.
