Has anyone had problems with their TiVo box loading all the menu and guide as normal, but no sound or picture on any channel including the shows I have recorded.
This is the third day with this problem ... at first I thought it may have been a network problem until I called customer service and they booked me an engineer to come have a look.. on Tuesday. 5 days without television is ridiculous
This problem basically means your tv is not giving the TiVo a handshake signal and without that the TiVo assumes it's connected to a recording device, you could try a different hdmi lead or port on the tv
or rebooting the TiVo or powering the tv down and back up
