My TiVo box has suddenly become very slow navigating through menus and has now decided it won't record everything I ask it too, when I check recording hiccups it says "Power Lost" I know for a fact that there has been no loss of power, any ideas anyone!

I am sorry to learn about the TiVo playing up, it's never fun when this happens.
I have been into the TiVo box and I can clearly see some downstream power level issues that would need addressing. I've sent you a 'Private Message', you can find this by clicking on the little purple envelope near the top right of the page.
