Received an unsolicited phone call from VM Monday 9th May telling me that my V+ box would soon be obsolete and they would be replacing it with a TiVo box next day via courier Yodel. Nothing! Wednesday, Nothing! Contacted VM they said they had had a problem and it would be delivered next day. Thursday, Nothing. Friday, Nothing. Contacted VM Monday 16th May they seemed surprised I hadn't received it but suggested I contacted Yodel, I told agent that perhaps they should contact Yodel as it seems to be VM's problem, agent told me a manager would contact Yodel and call me back. Nothing. Tuesday, Nothing. Today, Nothing!!! Have I missed something here? Has VM shut down? Is there anybody out there?
