TiVo not loading info

How long should it take for Tivo to load programme info? I have been

 

 

waiting for 3 hours. I have checked the appropriate page and Virgin website for any probs but nothing showing up. This has happened both times I have switched TiVo box off for any length of time.

TiVo is designed to be left on or in standby not turned off. This is because it needs to be connected to the network at all times for updates etc. 

 

Youll probably be quicker to ring in and book an engineer.

I switch everything off if I go on holiday,surely it shouldn't take longer than the initial setup. Anyway all seems good now. Thank you for taking the time to reply.
