TiVo not connecting to wifi

I recently had an updated Superhub before which my TiVo which is downstairs connected perfectly to my wifi. Since then I can't get the TiVo to connect in order to use TV Anywhere. Can you suggest a reason or a way to rectify this?

how is your TiVo WiFi-ing to the hub?

if you have an RJ45 network port to WiFi dongle (or whatever) might the new hub need to be introduced to it in some way?

of course, obvious question - are you sure it's connected via WiFi? might it be cabled, perhaps through homeplugs, and you've just not plugged it back in?

Yes, well I checked the connections and RJ45 connection had been pulled out. I'm assuming the Virgin engineer did this when checking for a different fault earlier. Sorry for not replying sooner.
