we have 2 TiVos and only one box has received the new update? Our Cisco 1TB has received the update but our 500GB Samsung hasn't. Is there a delay or should both have received this by now?
Have you tried a power cycle of the Samsung?
Power off at the mains, leave for 30 seconds and power back on.
I have indeed. I've tried resetting from the menu and complete power off, wait a minute then power back up. Just doesn't pick up the new firmware.

The firmware is being released in waves so it's likely that the firmware will be picked up shortly
