TiVo is slow in menus

My TiVo has recently gone slow when selecting to play programme a couple of times the TiVo box just rebooted it self why .

Mine is also painfully slow since new slicker update. Has your box got the new update? It is anything but slick. The idea of pictures in the on demand is good but it is so slow opening menus and starting your recordings. It's not a box issue as it is happening on all my boxes and one of them is only around a month old. I hope Virgin fix this soon as if this is the interface they plan to use on new box they are about to launch they will not be shifting many.

Yes, noticed this last night when getting a series link took a good 25 seconds.  I believe that we had an update in the last day or so, it was fine before that, now painful.  Why VIRGIN?

I'm sorry to read about any slowness you may be experiencing, I would like to help and if you can give this a whirl and get back to me?

  1. Press Home on your TiVo remote
  2. Select Help & Settings.
  3. Choose Settings.
  4. Select Network.
  5. Choose Connect to the Virgin Media Service now .
