TiVo is saying network cable is unplugged so I can't get demand or catch up

Also the TVs guide will not load up despite there apparently being no service issues in this area

Two things to try:

1. Restart TiVo;

2. Carry out a network connection.

Both of these can be done through TiVo's menu system.

When the On Demand and Catch Up isn't working it's never the best. I would love to help out here and can see you've already met Ernie_C. Can you tell me if this has worded for you?
