Hi My TiVo box will not show the TV guide & just says 'to be announced' - I try settings & network, to connect to the virgin network, but then will not connect & says 'no connection' even though Ethernet cable is working & plugged in. Thanks
That rather confusing error message means the box has lost part of its connection to VM via the coax cable.
Try Home - Help and Settings - clear or reset TiVo box - Restart the TiVo box.
That usually restores the connection.
