I am sorry to read about eh freezing on the TiVo, this is certainly a problem and I've been able to test the TiVo. it looks like the hard drive isn't recording shows properly anymore and would need a replacement. This would require an engineer to help replace this, If you can have a little look inside your 'Inbox', you'll see I've sent you a 'Private Message'.
