TiVo features not available c133

I am unable to use catch up or on demand saying network availability C133 what should I do?

Sorry to hear you're having trouble with your TiVo®.

 

Have you tried rebooting the box at the mains?
Can you see if the Heart light on the front of the TiVo® is flashing?

Hi thanks for replying. Ive tried re booting the TiVo which didn't help. The  heart light is flashing. I still can't get on demand or catch up. I have rung up virgin and can't get a technicians visit until Tuesday!  Now flashing c133 and c130

Your not alone, `Service Status page` is still showing problems with catchup and ondemand since 2 days ago but as per usual never gets fixed ontime just the fix time getting pushed forward every day. We have no catchup or ondemand tonight either.  Worst of all is Josh replied to you knowing full well there is problems. Unbelievable

Thank you bingley for replying. If it's a known fault surely virgin media should have known when I phoned? Hope it gets rectified ASAP

The catchup and ondemand unavailable  issues I was referring to were for last thursday, friday and saturday. Pointless asking me today when it was fixed on sunday. It was listed on the service status page during those days.  VM gets worst by the day

Got up this morning and found on demand and catch up is working again so cancelled technicians appointment . I dont know how or why but long may it last
