TiVo faults

I recently stated that my TiVo fault had rectified itself so I cancelled my technicians appointment well the next day again I got the error message C133 and C130 and had no on demand or catch up service. I've booked another technician appointment only to find the faults disappeared again. Should I cancel the appointment for tomorrow or let them come out?

Re: TiVo faults

keep your appointment, checking your connection back to the cab might uncover some intermittent fault that's responsible.

Re: TiVo faults

Hi Veloce21,

Thanks for posting!

As sjp123 has said, at this point it would be best to keep the appointment. I've located your account and added notes for the technician to notify him that this in an on-going, intermittent fault.

Let me know how the appointment goes and give me a shout if you need anything.

Look forward to hearing from you!  Smiley Very Happy

Josh

Re: TiVo faults

Technician came and gave the installation the once over. It turns out they are doing repairs/upgrade  to the system in Leeds. Surely the customer care should have that info!!!? Thanks again for your input.
