I recently stated that my TiVo fault had rectified itself so I cancelled my technicians appointment well the next day again I got the error message C133 and C130 and had no on demand or catch up service. I've booked another technician appointment only to find the faults disappeared again. Should I cancel the appointment for tomorrow or let them come out?
Technician came and gave the installation the once over. It turns out they are doing repairs/upgrade to the system in Leeds. Surely the customer care should have that info!!!? Thanks again for your input.
