Hi, On Sunday we had a brief power cut, after which our TiVo box has shown wide blue lines on the screen and crackling/ other sound issues. I have now called Virgin Media three times and finally have an engineer booked for next Tuesday. On the first two calls I was told the problem will be investigated. Yesterday I was told it could be fixed remotely within 24 hours, which didn't happen and I had to call again today. It seems that I was just being constantly fobbed off. Every time I have called I've had to explain the situation from the beginning. In the meantime we have atrocious reception and can't watch the recordings either.
Hi, Thanks for getting back to me. The TiVo is still crackling and is intermittently flashing blue colour, so nothing's changed there. We have the engineer booked for Tuesday so let's hope he can sort something out.
