Cannot access any of my recordings on TiVo keep getting error message C501. Tried resetting but that didn't work. What do I do know? Been waiting for tech support to pick up now for 12 minutes. Virgin really do have bad customer support
Thanks for the replies. It took four hours to reboot but currently seems to be working. TiVo is a really disappointing product. Then length of time it took for tech support to answer the phone just proves there are lots of people out there with problems with their Virgin media.
I keep gettin a this message C501 then got a message come up from a month ago saying nothing else wilk get recorded as it has not been conected to virgin for over 30days followed the step bu step took about an hr to do got to 100% but still not letting me watch on demand!! Have also tried swiching box on and off from mains. Please help
