TiVo error C130

Cannot access any of my recordings on TiVo keep getting error message C130. Tried resetting but that didn't work. Would be grateful for help and support.

Hi Ssmerst,

 

I hope you are well and had a good week so far, welcome in.

 

I have been looking into the C130 error and it's results in testing the TiVo service. I have found that one of the tuners needs looking into and some signal levels need to be adjusted. I don't think resetting or rebooting would work in this occasion and would need an engineer.
