TiVo error 7400

After a month of the TiVo box working it is now showing a 7400 error which is showing on the screen. All the channels I would expect are working but have this message over the top. 

I have tried to test my connection online but this gives me an error saying this part of the website is not working, I have tried ringing 2 afternoons in a row but after waiting for over 20 minutes both times I have hung up. I have also tried to reach the web chat which is advertised on the help page but that just sends me to a list of FAQs. 

What is this error about and how do I remove it?

Thanks for your post and welcome to the forums. It's great having you on board with us.

 

Apologies to hear about the issues you have had on your TiVo® service. 

 

The first thing to always try in a circumstance such as this is a reboot. Turn the box off and leave off for a few minutes. Turn it back on and wait for it to be all set up again.
