Really disappointed just been ranted to for 10 minutes to then feel like a idiot for 50 minutes!
Essentially I have set up as per quick guide and internet looking fine to activate my TiVo box with the following error of 7011. Called to activate and be told I haven't put the wires in properly and I need a technician that won't be available untill the 22nd Nov between 1-6pm! I have been told everything is working "outside" but not internally? Can anyone help to speed this up and save me half a days holiday Thanks J
