TiVo error 7011

Hi

Really disappointed just been ranted to for 10 minutes to then feel like a idiot for 50 minutes!

Essentially I have set up as per quick guide and internet looking fine to activate my TiVo box with the following error of 7011. Called to activate and be told I haven't put the wires in properly and I need a technician that won't be available untill the 22nd Nov between 1-6pm! I have been told everything is working "outside" but not internally? Can anyone help to speed this up and save me half a days holiday

I'm really sorry to hear you've had trouble with your Quickstart install.

 

I've located your account and attempted to close the order myself to get your services working. Unfortunately, I haven't had much luck.

 

At this point, we will need a technician to complete the install. I understand this is frustrating and I apologise for the inconvenience. If anything changes between now and then I'll be in touch.

Thank you for your reply, you are the first when I am actually expecting a call!
It is interesting that you say you can't fix it too when it is actually now working!

Can you provide me the details on how to cancel the technician.
