Had my tivo box installed 3 days now and since yesterday I have a white and red flashing light and 2 green lights flashing on the box But the one upstairs is working fine help before I go back to sky as getting fed up now
Check all cables are tight, then turn off at main then back on again after a minute or so. If you still have the problem call 150 and report the fault. This is a customer forum and replies from VM can take several days. You can also report fault via web chat I believe.
You can also run a diagnostic test by logging into My Virgin Media and selecting the check service option.
This should ensure you get a response during the cooling off period.
