TiVo box

My TiVo box has been playing up for a few days now it's not working at all I'm getting really frustrated with this now I pay £80 a month for it aswell....

Please help..?

Well the longer you leave it before phoning in a fault to VM the longer it will take to get fixed. Forum Team members are taking around a week to read and react to posts. 150 (VM line - free) or 0345 454 1111 from any other phone.

I'm really sorry to learn about the problems you're experiencing with your TV service, I've been able to locate your account to run some tests on the set top box from our end for you.
