My recordings freeze and pixelate on playback. All recordings on all channels.
The controls freeze also, so I am unable to exit 'my shows'
Also, I'm getting error messages when attempting to watch catch up etc.
Any advice or suggestions for alternative providers.

I've run some diagnostics on your equipment and I think it would be a good idea to book a technician to take a look at the hard drive in the box.
