Sorry to hear you're having trouble with your TiVo®.

 

I just need a little bit more information about the issues you've been having.

 

  • Does the freezing sound happen on both TiVo® boxes or just one?
  • Does it happen consistently or intermittently?
  • Does rebooting the TiVo® resolve the issue?

It freezers on one TIVo box & its consistently and reboot sons to solve the problem, the TIVo box is connected to a sound bar

Thanks for getting back to us, Josh_RW is away at the moment so I hope you don't mind me stepping in.

 

As you mention the TiVo® box is connected to a sound bar, have you tried plugging the TiVo® directly into the television just to see if it's still the same?

 

If it is I would like to book a technician to take a look at this for you.
