I received my set up pack today and after setting everything up as instructed a screen pops up saying there is a serious problem with the TiVo box hard drive my broadband is working though so it cannot be anything I have done please help
Sorry to hear that your unable to use your TiVo® service due to an error message.
When I checked your TV connection I can see an issue with the input levels. Also on the broadband there are issues with the downstream and upstream power levels. These will have an impact on your connection. For this I would like to book an engineer to check this over for you.
