TiVo box won't work

Having unplugged my TiVo box due to moving furniture, I have plugged it all back in and it now won't restart. I have turned off and on, waited etc but there is a permanent blue light with a flashing red light to the left of it and I just get the message "Starting up" on the screen.

How do I get it to work again??

Assuming the coax connection isn't loose at the back of the box, then it does sound deaded.

Give them a ring and they may be able to remotely diagnose.
