I'm sorry to hear that you're box isn't loading up for you right now. I'll be happy to help get this sorted for you.
Firstly to answer your query, if a fault has been found with our service then an engineer visit is free. As the equipment we supply is rented out rather than bought we will maintain it and fix it if a fault occurs.
Is the fault still present today? If so, if you can let me know if you have checked the leads in the back of the box are secure?
