I am sorry to hear that you're having trouble viewing the recordings. I have taken a look at the box remotely and there are some signal problems as well as issues with the hard drive. I will arrange for an engineer to call round and get this sorted. Look out for a purple envelope icon above as I will pop all the details in a private message.
