I'm sorry to hear about the TiVo and Internet being down, I would like to help here and from testing both services I can see some issues have developed.
The TiVo is currently not speaking to the network and there are some offline issues with the Hub. I'd like to send an engineer out as there's no outages listed in the area as we speak. I've sent you a 'Private Message', you can find this by clicking on the little purple envelope near the top right of the page.
