TiVo box problem

Can anyone help? My tivo box cut out today while I was watching Netflix. It said there was no signal so I checked other channels..... Same message. I then restarted everything, now the lights keep flashing red and green, it gets to the starting up screen and then cuts out again. I left the box plugged in and this repeated for over an hour. Any ideas what the problem is? Thanks

What did the Faults team say when you talked to them? It sounds like a dead box.

You'll get an immediate response if you give them a ring on 150 (from 08:00 until midnight, every day), or use the Contact Us link at the bottom of this page to initiate a live chat (from 08:00 until 20:00, Monday to Saturday)

This is primarily a user community forum and while the VM forum team do endeavour to read and, where appropriate, respond to every thread, it can take them a few days to wade through the volume of posts. So for an technical issue, which this seems to be, your best line of inquiry is through the Faults team via the methods above.

I'm sorry to hear that your TiVo isn't working. I've checked this and can see that there is a network issue reported for your area that our engineers are working on:

Description: You might find that your Virgin Broadband, Virgin TV, TiVo® and Virgin Phone services are intermittent at the moment.

Status: Our engineer is on site and they're working to fix the problem
