TiVo box not showing tv info

Hi,

My TiVo box been showing tile not available for a few weeks now, half of it came back last week, but it all disappeared again. Any ideas?

Welcome to the Community!

 

Sorry to hear you're having trouble with this.

 

The first thing we need to do is try and update the box.

 

Just go to the Home screen and select Help and Settings, Settings, Network and then Connect to Virgin Media TV Services. Once that has completed, leave the TiVo® for about an hour and see if it's resolved the issue.

I had the same problem but following Josh's update suggestions, all is back to normal and the full Guide is up and running. Many thanks Josh
