Hi, been with Virgin since Christmas and quite happy with the service so far other than the amazingly noisy cisco boxes we have, the hard disc on both units makes a constant thrashing noise while the box is on. You can hear it over the TV in alot of cases. I've tried using extra padding on the feet but it's just the hard disc so that hasn't helped. Regards, David C
Hi Sorry to add to this but apparently the 2nd TiVo box is really struggling with on demand services too any chance you can take a look from your end? Getting a C501 error alot and it's very rare it works (my Mrs uses this box not me and I just had my ear bent)
