I have a TiVo box - for the last month I've been unable to record - look at TV guide and now I'm only getting channel 1-5. I tried to run a test but the web page is saying that page does not exist anymore. What could be the issue?

I'm sorry to learn about the problems you're experiencing with your TV service at the moment, I've taken a look at your account and can see you've spoke to the team since your post and that some hits were sent you your set top box.
