I'm sorry to hear that your experiencing pixelated picture on your channels and recordings. I'll be happy to help check this out for you.
I have carried out some checks with your box remotely and signal and power levels are fine currently. I can see that we've already escalated to the network team for monitoring. As far as I can see nothing has been detected on the network side of things so far.
Can you please let me know the following information:
* Have you checked the leads are connected securely?
* Is the box well ventilated?
* Will this happen at random times or specific times of the day?
