The image quality of my TiVo box has been dropping, even with live TV. It has also started jerking as well. Also, this week it has restarted itself more than once whilst we are using it...
Are there any diagnostics I can run on the box itself, or anything I can do to find out what's wrong?

Sounds like a signal issue. You'll need to phone it in.

It seems Parrotperson was spot on with his diagnosis! I've checked your equipment and there does appear to be an issue with the Input Signal coming into your box.
I've sent you a private message (purple envelope at the top right of your screen) so we can arrange for a technician to adjust those levels.
