TiVo box fault

My Samsung TiVo box won't start and has a solid blue light and a flashing red one. Can anyone help?

Firstly I'd like to start by welcoming you to the forums, and say that I'm really sorry to hear that you've been experiencing some issues with your TiVo® recently. 

I've taken a look at the connection this evening, and can see that all is now showing as online and working. So it appears as your issue is now resolved.
