TiVo box does not get past "Starting Up" message

Tried switching TiVo box on and off - made no difference.  Our Virgin Media V Box is working fine. 

Lights on front of TiVo box are:

Green - Green - Green             Red - Red - Blue

Do we need an engineer?

I'm sorry to hear that the TiVo isn't loading up for you.  I can see you have an engineer calling round to fix this for you.

Thanks Collette.  The engineer replaced the TiVo box and the new one works fine.  It goes into auto standby mode when the tv is switched off which is useful for energy saving
