I got in from school run today and noticed my virgin came up with a c130 error everything is pushed in rebooted more than once and still telling me its there it was working fine before now
Check on the VM website to see if there's a problem in your area. Try home-help&settings - network- connect to VM services
If this doesn't help and a reboot hasn't fixed it you'll need an engineer.
