My TiVo and broadband are going down persistently and have been since May. I have contacted Virgin Media multiple times. They admit there is a problem and promise to resolve it, which does happen within a few hours but the next day/a few days later the whole thing goes down again. Virgin Media don't seem to be able to give me any answers as to when this will be properly resolved. It is extremely frustrating to say the least.

I've been able to locate your account and run some tests on the service from our end for you, we're not detecting any errors from our end at the moment though. How have things been since your post? As looking through the connection history, things are looking good too.
