My TiVo and broadband isn't working - I called the team and they have stated its an area fault but the online facility says they should both be fine. It's a WO2 fault, does anyone else have the same issue or know how to resolve? I'm in the SE5 area.

Service was resumed after 24 hour shut down - it was frustrating as it happened on a Sunday night and nothing happened until later on the Monday. Telephony centres in any company are never the best on a Sunday night.
I was just trying to establish if anyone else had the same issue to ensure it was a local fault rather than just me
