TiVo and Broadband fault

My TiVo and broadband isn't working - I called the team and they have stated its an area fault but the online facility says they should both be fine. It's a WO2 fault, does anyone else have the same issue or know how to resolve? I'm in the SE5 area.

Me too, in se5.

Outages of various types happen WAY too often on Virgin for my liking.

Thanks - I'm relieved it's not just me, at least it will get urgent attention when it's an area fault.

Yeah, so urgent they waited until Monday morning before sending anyone out to fix it.

Service was resumed after 24 hour shut down - it was frustrating as it happened on a Sunday night and nothing happened until later on the Monday. Telephony centres in any company are never the best on a Sunday night.

I was just trying to establish if anyone else had the same issue to ensure it was a local fault rather than just me
