TiVo Signal Strength is it to low ?

Apologies if this question keeps popping up but today my TiVo Box has automatically switched off rebooted switched off rebooted this went on for quite a while my wife said this happened beginning of the year . Has anyone else in the Merseyside area experienced this ?

Just checked on the diagnostics settings and tuner 1 is 59% and tuner 2 is 61% when we had the box installed the engineer attached a mains powered signal booster  is this percentage adequate or will it cause problems

Have you checked Service Status to see if there is a general fault in your area?

With no area issue currently reported, you have to assume an issue unique to you and report your situation to Virgin Media by calling 150 from your Virgin Media landline or 0345 454 1111.

All 3 tuners on my TiVo are always below 50% and I personally never have any issues.
